Shipping & Returns
Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandising. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders placed after 11:00am Pacific Time will ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and certain Holidays.
You may be able to choose a delivery option that does not have signature confirmation. In this situation, the customer takes all responsibility for lost or undelivered packages. As an important note, NINES will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or are stolen after delivery by the shipping company, nor any shipments for which an incorrect delivery address is supplied to NINES.
You may return your purchases within 30 days of your purchase date provided they are in new unused condition and the products have the original packaging.

Returns are processed upon receipt of the products and you can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. NINES is not responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment and if receipt by our receiving department cannot be verified.
